ED in 08 Launches in Nevada

We added another state where ED in 08 has a physical presence.

Nevada joins Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.

We got some nice press coverage from KLAS-TV//Channel 8 in Las Vegas, including this wonderful testimonial from Jennifer Woodie, vice president of the PTA at Lamping Elementary School in Las Vegas:

I don't think I hear enough about it. I hear about health care, about the war in Iraq. All these things are important but I want to know what's happening in education. It's important to my kids. It's important to my family.

You can see photos of the event on the Nevada page of EDin08.org and on our Flickr page.
